The hotel was within walking distance of the V&A waterfront, Seapoint High Street, and beaches. The only negative about our stay was the smell from the bathtub and sink drains. The customer service from the Hotel team was excellent. "

Customer service was poor, with no return communication from the facility caretaker. Very tiny, old television. Mismatched and chipped crockery. Vintage appliances. Loose floor tiles. Shower require you to step very high and it a falling hazard. Large security deposit. Close to a grocery store and the beach. Hot water was good. "
