"Great location - a short walk to the promenade by Green Point lighthouse. There is a hot breakfast which is delicious and made to order. The front terrace is a nice place to sit out in the evenings, and there is an honesty bar. Place feels secure with a member of staff always on duty by the front gate. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Big thanks to Lee :)"

"Check-in took 90 minutes. There was no internet as the data allotment had been used by someone else and management was unwilling to address this. Customer service was poor, with no return communication from the facility caretaker. Very tiny, old television. Mismatched and chipped crockery. Vintage appliances. Loose floor tiles. Shower require you to step very high and it a falling hazard. Large security deposit. Close to a grocery store and the beach. Hot water was good. "
