"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"Apa Hotel was conveniently located near the train station and near Disney! Definitely worth the stay. We spent a lot of the time outside of the hotel, but coming back to relax was the best. I recommend staying here! "

"Great efficient chain of hotels. Price was good for June in my opinion. The check in process was fast by self check in screen and assisted by an attendant. Location was great for Shinjuku. There is another APA hotel nearby with almost the exact name in Google Maps so I went to the wrong hotel at first. Luckily the correct hotel was walkable distance. "
