The staff was kind and welcoming, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The room was clean, the bed was fresh and comfortable, and the towels were spotless. "Great place to stay in NYC for a reasonable price. Reasonably priced parking garage next door. Subway extremely close walk. Two stops from Manhattan. Room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Easy check-in and check-out. Very nice rooms, comfortable and quiet. Only issue is that the shower hot water needed to run almost 10 minutes before it got hot, but the front desk explained it so it was not a problem"
