"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"

"The location of this hotel is amazing! You step outside the lobby and see the London Bridge. The room was pleasant enough and comfortable. I have to comment on the shower and how outdated it is. I don’t like the half shower door because all the water ends on the floor. Its height makes it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to enter and exit. "
