We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Clean , good service and great location

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.

Great location for the Disney parks and this hotel was wonderful and all the amenities in the room excellent. The room so comfortable and cleaned. You can walk to the sea park but Disney land is a little farther walk but they have shuttle service. Had a great stay would do it again. Breakfast was excellent as well

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. The hotel is beautiful. Right at the entrance of the Disneyland Park, you receive an early entrance pass which makes a huge difference to book your rides. Cute amenities to bring home are refilled every day

Great location in Shinjuku and easy access to surrounding areas. Relatively close to Shinjuku station and not a far walk. Laundry is in the unit and the staff changes out towels and makes the beds every day. They also provide extra detergent pods if you run low. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is super clean and the stuff is very professional and helpful. It's located close to Disney parks and has frequent shuttle bus to the parks for hotel customers to use for free. Strongly recommended for those visiting Disney Japan!

I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.
