Busy but not unbearable. The only downside was the Caesar salad I ordered from room service. No flavor but the arrival was quick. "Lovely hotel right in the middle perfect for exploring Beautiful Verona. When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a suite. Plenty of choice at breakfast. If we go back to Verona we will definitely book Hotel Bologna."

"My room was beautiful, there was a lift so that made taking my bags up to my room a whole lot easier. I had to check in after hours and the staff made that easy and smooth. They also offered to hold my bags while I explored the town on the day of my check out. Overall a spectacular experience! "
