We had a gift in our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully done and bathroom huge. Everything was spotless with turn down every evening with little gifts and cards showing the weather. Everything little thing thought of including a leaving gift. Robert explained how to get in and out gates and door and provided map and details of where to go to reach Verona’s walled city (10-12 minute walk) including tree lined street with stunningly beautiful residences.
