"I don’t recommend this hotel . First when we came staff at reception area are not helpful and like they are not happy to serve any guest. No one even welcome you.staff are rude even managers except of 2 employees try to help us. We request for make up room and on the 2nd day we even left at 7am and no one clean the room, rubbish bins not emptied and toilet paper no refill.We stay there for 5 nights and only the last day they did vacuum as I went back again to reception and ask to vacuum the floors. No towels at pool area, we have to go down to reception again to ask for towels. I would say it was really terrible experience. We stayed last year at Pullman/Mercure but I would say staying there is far better. With the price is the same from the time I book. I just want to try new hotel."
