The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Facility needs to keep up. No air conditioning, room always warm, can’t open the window because of musquito. Warm room, no air conditioning, thick comforter is only choice. Not very good five nights we had. Cleanliness is terrible from flooring, wall around. Coffee for guests at lobby is instance coffee. Not recommend to anyone."
