"The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots. "

"The room was small but quit nice which overlooks the car park and back garden the room furniture was old but good quality the bathroom had recently been refreshed and was clean We felt the breakfast which was expensive and should have been included in the room price the dining area was tired and in need of re furbishment Great location a short walk across the a lovely well lit park took you to the city centre, rail and bus station, river, shopping area and museums A really nice place to...

"Compact room thin walls can here everything shower ok toilet not very good but all surpassed by very friendly and helpful staff and our evening meal was fantastic the lamb was very nice need to improve parking I had to park in the street car park was full so was the lawns need number plate recognition but overall would stay again"

"Excellent friendly service, food / wine were delicious. All staff most obliging. Our only negative was our room did have a musty / stale smell, we left the windows open to compensate and reasonably clean. "
