"Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. We only slept here on a layover between flights. We did not use any of the amenities except a quick meal. The food was excellent."

"Overall would recommend. The room was clean and the city was easy to reach in not too much time. The building is quite old and there are flaws like the elevators getting stuck and it was a bit hard to find the rooms. Except from that the room are quite modern, clean and big (we were in the family room which was very big). Staff was mostly friendly with one exception when we checked in. I would say since it’s very cheap and huge that’s kind of expected and it was mostly self service which is obviously fine but you shouldn’t make your guest feel dumb when they have a question and the system isn’t working. Given the price performance ratio that would be my only negative point and overall we were quite happy "

"The rooms are very minimalistic and small. Since the room was only required for sleeping it was not an issue. The hotel uses an AI messenger which you can use to contact with questions. The first night we ran into an issue because the shower drain did not work properly causing the water to flow into the room. I contacted the messenger and received a response within 30 minutes. We were given the option to switch rooms or request maintenance. We opted to switch rooms. The new rooms did not have issues. The location of the hotel is a bit hidden, but it is very close to the Piccadilly line which we used to go and return on our way to the airport. The location was great because we were within 15 mins to the palace and Big Ben. Overall, the hotel was great, I do think they need to do a little more maintenance in the rooms, but would definitely stay again. "

"Had a lovely stay here at Park Plaza County Hall London. I stayed over to celebrate my graduation. I informed staff I was there for my graduation when asked if there was a special occasion. They complimentary upgraded us to an executive studio room with a city view, put balloons in our room, and gave us complimentary Prosecco and cake. It was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to the staff for being so kind. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
