"Hotel and staff were great. Room was great. You now have to pay for drop off parking at Heathrow which was difficult as I am not from England. There should be a way to pay by cash. This is not the hotel, it’s the airport that is charging. "

"Had to call the front desk for towels. Only 1 in the room for 2 adults. Great location in Terminal 4. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. A very busy hotel due to location but very quiet."

"Stunning hotel in fabulous location. Hotwl staff were lovely snd nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were kept beautifully and are a real asset to the hotel. Close to Weybridge and Cobham, both areas offer a variety of places to eat out and other shops with a nice mix of usual High Street staples and independent shops and eateries. We would definitely return. "

"Room untidy, missing basic elements. Staff on check in very helpful, on check out they were busy chatting and only noticed me as I put my Key in the box. Wi-Fi was passable, bathroom was terrible mouldy cracks in grout and not toilet paper."

"Hotel is difficult to find from Heathrow terminal 5 as the signage is sparse and confusing. Worth the effort to find, however."
