"What I didn’t like were the following: I arrived to check in just after 3pm to be told that my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait an hour in the lobby, although they did give me a drink while I waited. When I got into the room I noticed the carpet was quite dirty, with bits of things in several areas indicating it had not been vacuumed. "The corridors were filthy the full week we were there and our room wasn't vacuumed. Otherwise our stay was good. "

"Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."

"The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but this wasn’t really an issue as the works are confine to areas where guests are not allowed into. In addition the hotel kept us updated prior to our arrival."
