"We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"

"Location was convenient near shopping, theater and underground. The food in hotel restaurant was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the room was very small for two people. No place to put luggage and the shower has no way to keep the bathroom floor from getting wet. "
