"If you need a great location and basic room for a great price then this is the hotel for you. If you have kids who want to swim and want a decent size room for your family then I’d recommend continuing your search elsewhere. The pool is VERY VERY small, don’t let the photos fool you. With 10-15 people swimming it was completely unenjoyable as you couldn’t move around. Towels were restocked often but they kept running out. The room had a good view but as a family of four I wish I would have explored other options as the room was dated and very small. Bathrooms not updated anytime recently but great water pressure! All in all if you need a quick stay as a party of 2 who don’t care to swim this is a great option with its location! But if you have kids who want to swim this place is not it!!"

"Positives: The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Negatives: Unfortunately, my experience had a few issues. I didn’t receive the suite I had booked for the first night and had to switch rooms the next day, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the room charges were higher than my original booking price. While the staff corrected it after I raised the concern, it’s not ideal—especially for guests who opt for express checkout and may not notice the discrepancy."

"Elevator was congested. Took up to 20 minutes to get down to the lobby. Due to only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. Room could've been cleaned better. "

"Amazing views of the river. Very modern and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean bed and beddings. Very nice furniture to sit comfortably and do work with wired internet."

"Really friendly staff and loved how comfortable my bed was. Beautiful view of the navy pier and a really nice bathroom with a tub and shower. Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay."
