"I booked the hotel with a river view room, however Jovan Love, the front office supervisor, upgraded me to a suite on the 12th floor. Unexpected. The room was spacious, with a separate sitting room, tastefully decorated. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. All the staff were courteous and helpful with any questions I asked. The hotel is a block from the Riverwalk, restaurants and various sights of interest. Thank you for a wonderful stay, hotel staff. A special thanks to Mr. Love. My next stay will be at L7 Chicago.
