"I got all the way there with a reservation that I could see from my mobile app. To get there and not have a reservation. It was a scam on the app. Then having to proceed and rebook through the hotel and have to pay again for the room on a holiday weekend rate. So very unlikely I’ll be using this app again know they have scammers on this app that I thought was very secure. I paid twice so if you could refund my original booking from the scam that would be nice "

"Overall 5 stars! The room was nice and very clean. Check in process was quick and easy. The owner was very helpful with check in instructions. The room looks just as good in person than it does in the photos. My favorite thing about the room was the balcony view of the strip. Communication with the owner was very good. I got a message from the owner everyday asking if I needed anything. Lastly the location was good too. Everywhere I went was less than a 10min drive. "
