"Clean, classy and peaceful hotel. Really enjoyed our stay and staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were spacious. Restaurant could have had more vegetarian and healthy options. Pool was closed during our stay which was annoying. Nevertheless, will certainly be back on our next Vegas trip and looking forward to our next stay. "

"I had 2 separate booking 1 for the Palms, 1 for Palms Place. Upon checking in I explained it to the front Desk at the Palms. I asked and paid for a upgrade to palms place an additional 150+ dollars so my reservation could be seamless. Only to find out that my key doesn't work cause i can't access my floor via that elevatpr. I have been gone since 7 o'clock in the morning. It is currently 10:58 at.n8ght. 8 am tired and have a flight in the morning l, but nowninhave to recheck in, re pay for something thst could and should have been taken care of. I have thousands of dollars in photography in my room and i feel i should feel more secure, when staying at a hotel like the palms. Aside from thst i enjoyed my stay. Please put some where with food at palms olace."

"The TV did not work. They could not fix it. So my stay was without TV. Just 2 power outlets in the room, of which, one did not work. The water in the bathroom for showering, etc. was barely lukewarm. And they had the audacity to charge a “resort fee”. Ridiculous. "
