"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "The property was located near Oxford St - good for shopping - & near Hyde Park - which was good for that early morning run. Also a lovely walk through the parks to Buckingham Palace & Westminster sites. There were train stations nearby making the connection from Heathrow Airport hassle free."
