Only downside was the 3 day elvis event we should have been seeing was cancelled without our knowledge, we only found out on checking in, the company organising it didnt inform us or refund us, having a problem getting my money back from them."

The carpet was stained and the bath rusty and the ahower oressure was shocking. Having said this none of this spoilt our stay. We had a lively time and staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and we would definitely return. It would be nice to see this hotel renovated but with the current climate I appreciate how much this would cost and understand the difficulty x"
