We needed an iron which was promptly brought to the room and staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy too. "Very friendly staff rooms clean light bright breakfast nice served quickly but if you have any mobility issues not the place to stay lots of stairs I would say it's more of a pub with b&b accomadation not a hotel but overall no problems everything ticked the boxes & close to everything seafront short walk away very good for train station & buses & taxi office 2 doors up lots of convenience stores around "
