"We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night before. We went to go swimming in the pool it was ice cold. And also the ceiling in the room where the pool is was actually leaking from the rain. There was no lock on the door I watched a small child walk into the pool room and he could have drowned. There was random wet spots in the hallway and the hotel itself smelled like mildew. I will never stay in that or any hotel affiliated with this place again. Literally a nightmare."

"Room adequate. Decor old and dated. Not super handicap accessible. Tub high entry for shower. Did have grab bars but they were slippery. Soap dispenser at sink was placed very high on wall, even awkward to use from standing. Would not be reached from a wheelchair. Breakfast was good: varied offerings of hot and cold items. Coffee delicious."

"2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial."
