We had access to great views, a ton of dining options, great space for luggage, all the toiletries we would need in addition to the ones we brought, and overall excellent guest service. The pillows were a bit thin but other than that the hotel was incredible, from the convenient location to the jellyfish tank ok our floor, this hotel was so unique and a must stay for us on our next trip. "Perfect hotel for our vacation. We booked this for the convenience of having laundry in the room but were so impressed by the entire room. Laundry took a bit to learn, but once we figured it out, it was great. Having a full kitchen we were able to go to the large grocery store a few minutes away and took advantage of this to make an amazing Kobe beef meal. Dishes were included, as well as a large fridge. While the shuttle was a bonus, when it was full, it was less than a 20 minute walk to the subway station. Along the way, we found a hidden gem of a large shopping area (groceries, in store cafe with breakfast, amazing dollar type store for souvenirs), and just enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Lawsons was right downstairs for everything you needed for day to day. "
