"I call this place my home in Tokyo, that's how comfortable it is. To start off, the location is close to the shibuya station but not close enough so you're hearing and seeing the noise. The deluxe rooms are spacious, you can do laundry in your room and cook as well. I love buying take out or just eating convince food when im tired from all the walking & people while I chill in my room and watch TV. The staffs are all friendly and helpful, they are always willing to make it work for you. This was my third time staying here but I will always choose this location tokyu stay. Thank you for making my trip as comfortable as my home!!!"

Shibuya Tobu Hotel

4/10 Poor

"The hotel and rooms overall were great! The staff, not so much and could be more helpful. The only problem we had was the cleaning lady for our room on 06/03 at 2:00pm, Japan date and time, stole my son’s cash of about $200 out of his backpack pocket and the staff did nothing about it except that there was nothing they could do and that we can only contact the police in the future. We only went downstairs to the cafe to eat which was about 30-40 minutes which was exactly when the cleaning lady came and cleaned the room. We searched our room inside out and bags inside out just to make sure we weren’t crazy. No apologies, and not even worried. Must happen a lot that they just don’t care. Even emailed management but haven’t heard anything"

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda

10/10 Excellent

"This is a very nice hotel. It was clean and modern. The rooms were a decent size by Jaoanese standards. The location was great for us. Not too close to the city but still very accessible to the city via train. It was only one stop from Haneda Airport and you didn't even have to exit the building complex to get to the train. The price point was excellent. Finally, the rooftop open space was an added bonus with its 24 hour access and 360 degree views of the city and airport. I will definitely stay here again."
