En las regaderas. sugiero incluir un jabón en barra en lugar de líquido ya que me parece poco higiénico que todos los huéspedes estemos tomado jabón y shampoo desde el dispensador. No estoy seguro que esos plásticos se limpien cada ocasión que se asean las regaderas."
"Flight got cancelled and staff did not charge us for night we missed, we truly appreciated the gesture. All staff were super friendly. Provided taxi service to airport. Far from center but metro station nearby, really affordable!! Recommend!! Room was small but convenient and clean + AC."
"Overall excellent. The small bathroom on the 2nd floor needed more regular cleaning, smelled bad. Staff were great. Free laundry services superb. Kitchen was awesome. The socket optionally the bed was great. My drawer needed maintenance but was still useful. Rooms were a bit cramped but fine. Nice location."
"The rooms we got wasnt ob the Photos in the Listing. The rooms in the photos are all located in the upper floor. We booked it because of the photos but we got another room which is not shown in the listing. So for us this is a NO GO! And they dont even offered us another room that we normally booked or refunded us.
The aircon cant be switched off and temperature cant be changed. Aircon makes noise 24/7 in rooms 001 ground floor. Room was Clean but walls where very thin you hear the neighbours...
"I think the room was beautiful. I stayed in their first floor suite with access to the terrace. Location was perfect. Only bad thing is that the room itself does NOT have a fridge, microwave, or the ability to control the AC, and it’s get HOT. It was nice for the one time but I will not be staying there again."
"Ich war extrem positiv überrascht. Ich bin ohne Erwartungen an 2 Sternen hin und wundere mich wieso nur 2. Das Hotel ist alt, aber gepflegt und alles funktionierte. Dusche, Zimmer, Ausblick war Top, zudem preise absolut okay. Personal auch top

"Staff very nice specially Juan but unfortunately when i did the reservation there was any note about the remodeling, so very noising between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. and we was advise at the check in already to late to change hotel and of course the pictures on the website doesn't are the reality specially lobby and the room corridors. The room was new and AC cooling well but the floor not clean not recommending for now and the entry from the street ugly and stinky. Need to notify on the website...
