"Home now after a very enjoyable weekend stay at The Imperial Hotel to celebrate a friend’s birthday and retirement. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and made us and our friends feel very welcome and not like we were ‘just another guest’. I didn't like some noisy guests with no consideration for others e.g. late at night loud talking of adults and children and banging doors.
