"The bathroom needs renovations. I also had to ask for the water to be fixed twice as there was no hot water unfortunatel. Housekeeping could be better too as the room wasn’t cleaned very well.
However staff were really nice and friendly. Especially the waiters, front of house and drivers. "

"had great view of the pyramids! across from the newly opened GEM but had no access to cross the street and had to use UBER. unfortunately had to drop by the front desk daily as the key had to be reprogrammed daily. rooms appeared older than their Tahrir hotel "
