"The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff was fantastic, the location was very close to lots of good restaurants. I wish our room looked out onto the street instead of towards the center of the hotel. Be warned it is loud on Fri and Sat nights until around midnight since they have live music in the lobby. I enjoyed it and could fall asleep regardless. "

"The hotel is in a good area for walking to local attractions in casco viejo. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The downside is the club on the roof that can be loud so have earplugs or headphones available "

"Great staff, service, food. The only thing is there was no hand towel and every day, they were changing out towels, even though we did not put them on the floor, so it’s not eco-friendly. They provided fresh cold water in the lobby so we were able to fill our bottles. The rest was amazing! "
