Hotel did not reach out to ask about transfer requirements, and I left it too late for a speedy response from them, so had to sort something out through an alternative source (weknowlondon), which worked well. "Being close to the runways at Heathrow meant we could see the planes taking off and landing and if your an airport and aircraft enthusiast this is the hotel for you. It’s quiet enough to get a good sleep but also wonderfully close to the airport. The only negative thing I could say which is minor is that the shuttle service to the airport is something you have to pay for and it is not something the hotel offers as a complementary service. "We would jave appreciated to have a little bit of help with a porter to assist us in carrying our luggage to our room. What happened to hotel hospitality, its has completely gone down hill. Especially in the UK, the staff did not care about the guest. Very bad service. "

"Thus is a perfect hotel for travellers passing through Heathrow. We stayed 2 nights and it is walkable with all our luggage from Terminal 4 linkbrudge. The next day we took the Piccadilly Line into London City for sightseeing and the Big Red Bus. It was very easy. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was a very good buffet. I would definitely stay here again for this tyoe of travel."

"Excellent hotel! Incredibly quiet given it's near the airport, amazing restaurant, we had the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the reception desk made us feel welcome. Lives up to prior Marriott experiences and this is a good thing."

"No air con so the room was very warm, just a fan. Too much light coming in via the bathroom window and glazed bathroom door. Dogs staying in neighbouring room which started barking in the early hours of the morning, so all in all we didn’t get much sleep."

"Great location for a trip to Legoland, loved the bar showing sport and with a good menu. Tip - if you’re eating at the hotel, make sure you book a table as it gets full! Rooms good, pool good, only improvement I’d say is that it could do with a mirror near the tv and some more lights! A bit dark in the downstairs rooms. Apart from that, 5 stars. "
