He recognized us from the very first moment, and his kindness and professionalism stood out immediately. What truly amazed us was that on our second visit for breakfast, he remembered our last name and greeted us personally. His exceptional attention is like a gem within this hotel, adding a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with thoughtful details everywhere.
