"The service was exceptional, they were proactive in reaching out before we stayed there and allowed us to keep our bags there for a couple of days while we went trekking in Sa Pa. We returned to the hotel after our trek and they upgraded us to a super nice family room in the newly renovated wing. Overall very impressed by the great service."

The amenities were great, the spa offered good packages, very clean and nicely set up. Cool rooftop bar. But the one thing I enjoyed the most was the amazing breakfast. I got so spoiled, it ruined my experience at the hotels I stayed after."

"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "
