"The hotel was a major highlight of our trip! The best aspects were the amazing view of the Haram and the excellent access to it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was good. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The two Musallas; one on the 29th floor and another on S2. They were helpful especially for catching Jammah when waking up late, as it takes ~ 10 minutes to reach the Haram. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast staff could benefit from additional customer service training. For example, when I requested milk, I was given hot milk. When I asked for cold milk, the waiter simply pointed to the table and walked away, leaving the hot milk there. I was excited to know they have health center with a hot tub, sauna, and a large exercise room equipped with a few machines. Unfortunately, both the hot tub and sauna were cold during our visit. A staff member came to check on us, apologized, and invited us to return, which we appreciated. However, we were leaving that day. Another issue, I visited the recitation to arrange for late checkout and a 1 pm was appr, our room key stopped working at 12 PM. Finally, the elevator system can also be confusing, so it helps to learn the routes and stick to them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, mainly because of the exceptional location and easy access to the Haram. With a few improvements, this hotel could be even better!"

"I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone visiting Masjid Al‑Haram — the access is easy, and the location saves a lot of time and energy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful whenever I needed something.Breakfast had good variety, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth. Elevators can get busy during peak prayer times, so planning a few extra minutes helps.Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for Umrah. I would recommend it for travelers who want convenience and a calm environment."

"One of the best hotels we stayed at in Makkah. Hotel staff was amazing, Alhumdullilah. Beautiful hotel and most importantly if you choice to there are you can pray in their two large musollahs, which is full with Believers. Alhumdullilah. The Brother’s area is overlooking the Haram, MashaAllah. I would like to add if you have mobility issues there is a small hill that might be difficult to walk or use a wheelchair. Alhumdullilah they do have shuttles that will transport you. I"

"The hotel masjid outdoor terrace is amazing, worth the premium price for the calm exclusive environment needed for worship.This is the best hotel especially during high season Ramadan, food was delicious and plenty of choice of cuisine.Mocktails were my favourite. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.2 separate toilets in each 1 bedroom suites which is a bonus with multiple people in the room.One way to make this hotel better is to have at least 4 lifts completely private for Raffles hotel only accessed by the Raffles card and also a Raffles lift attendant making sure only Raffles guest use them this will help with the chaos of the queque’s for the lifts which are all shared by the other hotels in the building.There should be an exlusive lift which Raffles guest can access to get to the levels 3 and 4 where the food court is.You can be quequeing for upto 45minutes to get in the lift to get to the haram and food court.The actual lifts between Raffles hotel floors are very efficient and plentiful.All the staff are very polite and welcoming."
