"Too much smoke "

"It took quite a while for the hotel to "find" or "assign" our room while conferring with another agent upon check in. We never saw a cocktailer in the slots area in the 4 days we were there. We went to a bar to get drinks and they don't carry mint and referred us to a specialty bar that was not open. Hmm. Karaoke in the House of Blues was fun! Service was slow though. Took half an hour to get a server to our table. The spa was wonderful! Massage was great! Ran out of hand soap on the first night. Never got more towels."

"The ironing board was broken & the iron didn’t work. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly & accommodating. Best part was having access to the Promemade with many restaurants. "
