"The property is as described, and the pictures on the website accurately reflect the hotel. There is additional parking to the rear of the property via the carport, which I found very secure. The room had all the facilities you may want/need, including others which were not expected, such as toothbrushes and little extras such as L'occitane products. The blind did not work properly in our room, and I would say that the bathroom needed a little TLC, with the mirror needing replacing due to it...

"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

I arrived late at night with a confirmed booking and was then told over WhatsApp that I needed to send an extra £50 deposit plus around £40 in fees before they would even let me into the property. None of this was clearly stated on the booking site beforehand. What made it worse was that they refused to let me come inside and pay there. As a solo female traveller, being left outside at night in the cold being asked to transfer money over WhatsApp felt extremely...

"Cheap, decent location (30min to an hour from soho depending on transport and traffic) room was quiet and size as expected. Take eye mask as curtains don't cover window. Not very clean. Stains, hairs, dust etc. Linen was very thin and open ended so very conscious to avoid filthy pillows and duvet all night. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bad sleep. Recommend taking your own toiletries. No conditioner and quite harsh shampoo & wash. Also able to unscrew lids so prior guests could contaminate them...
