"Lovely room and great breakfast. Not many staff around so had to hang about quite a bit at check in and during breakfast. We did go for breakfast at the busiest time, so did not expect perfection, but it looked like there was only one staff member doing everything and was rushed off her feet. The staff uniform was not obvious so it was hard to know if anyone else was working or just a guest. Very accessible to the Piccadilly line tube. Very quiet at night so sleep quality was great."
