"Very clean room. A little disappointed not to have a hair dryer, but it was very clean. Restaurant relaxed but good food. POD to Heathrow super convenient. An absolute winner for any red eye flight."

"Check in was smooth, room was quite small to what we’ve usually had and there were hairs in the bathroom. Room was street side on the 8th floor and the noise at night was mental. Other than that, hotel stay was fine. Bed is comfy and perfect easy location for us and what we wanted to do. Hell’s Kitchen also a bonus"

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in. Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "
