Space was not exactly sound proof from above. I wish I had paid closer attention to the pictures; there are no windows in unit and it’s facing a busy parking lot."

"Visited Kitty Hawk for the Outer Banks bike week. Our stay in this residence was perfect, from communication prior and the checkout process. This unit is as advertised and well maintained and up to date. This is an upstairs unit and was very quiet, I am a light sleeper and had no issues with outside noise. This unit is across Hwy 12 and up on a hill which provided an ocean view much to our delight. The owner was very responsive and we even got to check in early. I would reommend this unit for anyone looking for a visit to Kitty Hawk."

"I just feel in love with this beach house. It has everything one might need and much more. Great communication with host. The only my regret was having to leave the island and beach house. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly on the island as well. It truly was an amazing time at beach house celebrating my girlfriend’s bachelorette getaway!"

"Great place nestled in guiet area. You can walk to the beach in 15mins or so. If you want to take take chairs, cooler and multiple items there is a small parking lot next to the Black Pelican for beach access. "
