"Very well maintained and clean, older resort. Rooms are small but neat and clean, furnishings in need of repair and dated, but beds were very comfortable, AC was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Happy hour and honor bar were convenient. Pool seating and landscaping was perfect. Watched Space X launch from room balcony, easy walk to beach, restaurants, and 24hr store. Easy drive to zoo, pier, and Kennedy Space Center, Very good location. "

"It is ON THE BEACH, which is the main factor why we booked. You have to walk through the sand dune. But I was very pleased that it was on the beach, and I did not have to walk far or across the street. The unit is on the second floor I don't remember specifically reading that in the listing, but it was fine for us. I would definitely stay here again. It's a beautiful cozy little place. It had everything you needed, dishes, cookware, all the stuff you might need."
