"The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. "Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."

"Amazing stay! Very close to everything but on the less busy side of Roma. Air conditioning was great in the main room but the living area could get a little warm. Very secure and safe building/ area. For the price this is an amazing place to stay. Will be back!"

"Didn't think the AC would be strong enough cuz of strength but damn I'm at night I had to get up and turn it off... Room was clean and beds comfy. Restroom was small but I will say was pleasing to the eye and hot water was consistent. Staff was friendly and getting to everywhere I needed to go from here was simple and easy. The OXXO being literally next door was Soo convenient and honestly a god send. Would come again."

"Location is perfect, we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores or a quick uber to other neighborhoods. The room was very clean and comfortable which is the most important criteria for me when I travel. We checked out the cafe on the main level for lattes and breakfast and it was really good! On our last night, we went up to the rooftop bar which had nice views of the city at sunset. The service up there was also great. All around a great hotel in an awesome location."
