"My sister and I stayed here overnight to attend a concert in the area. We were immediately impressed. The staff was so hospitable and the hotel offers great amenities. There is a “kickback” that offers guests complimentary drinks AND instead of the typical pretzel or cracker accompaniment, there was a small dinner buffet! There was a nice (and also complimentary) breakfast buffet in the morning as well. The room was spacious and clean. And the location is right in the heart of downtown and very close to nearby attractions. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Pretty good walkable distance to and from UW Panther Arena! I liked the parking garage connected with the hotel and that I could park my own vehicle. "

"If you like Stephen King's The shining. You'll love this hotel. Very nice for old fancy. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately our hot tub was broken so that was a bummer but the bed was comfy. Overall not too bad of a stay."

"For being a near the airport hotel staff was surprisingly a stickler about 3pm check in. After driving through a blizzard in the wee hours of the morning, sitting in the airport with many delays and ultimately a cancelation of the flight, we were denied checking in at 2om! "
