"Very overpriced for what you get. The room was extremely basic, with a small foam mattress that was very uncomfortable. The bed linens were old, and the bedspread was covered in bleach stains, making the room look worn and poorly maintained. The shared bathroom was tiny, with one shower and one toilet in the hallway for four rooms. The amenities were minimal: no drinking glass, just a tiny bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. "We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"
