"My husband and I have stayed here for the past three trips to Cancun. We stayed here when it was panama jack. We recently went with another couple and WOW! Sunscape you did your thing! The food is so good the steak house was a great addition. Shout out to Angel at the front desk he gave us a beautiful room! we were happy to see Martin still there very kind welcoming employee. The couples massage was everything!! Most if all the location is amazing the beach is very clean and the waves are fun to play in. We will definitely be back.. "

"Everything was great other than the room not being as cool as I would like and they didn’t have as many free chairs and day beds by the pool as they did have rental cabanas. Almost forcing you to have to rent a cabana. With how much I payed for the entire trip for an all inclusive I find it a little unnecessary to then ask to pay additional to enjoy the pool or beach area! "

"This property was amazing from the beginning of check-in process was flawless from the elevator usage in the room was clean with mini fridge coffee maker great views cleaning is of bedding, but the show was the pool rooftop pool. That was amazing views. The hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall, it was a great one night stay I would definitely come back here restaurant options. We’re pretty good even though we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurants we walked About two or three blocks down to a local taco place which the food was delicious. Love that option that you can just walk and still have local food. The parking can be an issue you can either valet, which is free or you can use the garage we valet and provide our keys that was flawless. They were very welcoming and when it was time to leave, we told them 10 minutes before and they brought our car to the front overall great experience"
