"J’ai trouvé les aires communes très belles et bien entretenues. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable mais mon seul bémol était la douche qui était plutôt vieille avec un peu de moisissure. Sinon tout était parfait!"

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away. Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."

"We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Valencia, and a big reason for that was Rodrigo at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. Rodrigo was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He made our child feel so special, always taking the time to interact with her warmly and putting a smile on her face. As parents, that level of care meant a lot to us. He was also an invaluable source of local knowledge, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and transportation that helped us make the most of our time in Valencia. Every suggestion was spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable. No matter how busy things seemed, Rodrigo always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help with any question or request. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Thank you, Rodrigo, for your exceptional hospitality. You are a credit to Barceló Valencia, and we hope the hotel recognizes what an outstanding team member they have.
