10/10 Excellent
"A very old building but clean and the staff were very helpful. I had a fall while staying (not in the hotel) and Sandra on reception was very concerned and assisted with ice for my bruises and also fetched my bags down on our departure date. Would go there again but request a slightly bigger room. Ours was a little small for two adults trying to get ready to go out!"

"Cute but a little cramped… for the configuration of room we booked (family room for 4). Lovely location and great staff - a painfully slow lift, which you are forewarned about!"

"Clean property but there is a charge for parking. Plenty of good restaurants in Ashford town centre nearby at a 6 min walk. Breakfast is good."

"We stayed in room 105, it was clean, didn't see any cleaners over weekend stayed Fri - Mon , bed very comfortable, very small toilet shower room, no extractor, the shower could of done with a slide pole to avoid wetting hair, balcony small but sufficient to sit outside sea view, very hot in room, fan supplied in wardrobe, but only one spare plug socket, which was annoying charging phones drying hair, hairdryers available at reception, the staff are happy to give extra tea, coffee milk just ask. Don’t know about parking as got the train there, about 10 minutes walk to station, Good location not far from town, harbour, Saturday & Sunday free music at bandstand couple of minutes walk ( summertime) The place is an old building not the Crown Jewels but you get what you pay for, friendly staff , and a good stay"

"Nice large family room great size beds, Helpful staff and great sea or beach views Breakfast bag left out for us as we checked out super early for a tunnel crossing. Just what we needed for the start of our trip Would recommend"
