"Room was clean, we had a room in tower 3 and the walk to the room was long, when I stay at large hotels I usually request rooms near the elevator. We stayed on the 8 room so no view except for the nearby building and we has a small window view. The location of the hotel was perfect, its walking distance to the union square and Bart. We had a buffet breakfast at Poach, very limited selection but it was a good price. I would stay at this hotel again if we visit SF again."

"My biggest complaint is that my TV was not connected to the internet so I couldn’t watch anything. I called the property, spoke with the cleaning staff and sent messages and never got any help. If anything more serious were wrong in the room I imagine it would be the same problem. So really poor service other than the cleaning staff who did a good job. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location with lots of excellent restaurants within less than 0.5 miles. The rooms were fine - we stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. I don’t much like grey and every room and the halls are grey which felt a bit depressing and dark. I will probably look for a different hotel in the same area when I come back to San Francisco. "

"The hotel needs to be updated the photos make the hotel look way nicer than what it really is. Water took a while to get hot in the shower, the toliet is older and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. "
