"Genuinely no complaints. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, and had a luscious smell running all through the hotel (like a spa!). Very nice and modern room - fresh walls with touch screen features for the lights and aircon. Took a while to figure out but once you do it’s really easy to warm up (or cool down) the room. I like that there’s a long mirror so you can see your whole outfit also! Perfect for a short stay (not the largest and doesn’t have a wardrobe but perfect for a day or two!). "

"Stayed for 3 weeks to be near the local hospital ahead of the birth of my child. Travelled with my pregnant wife and small dog. Perfect location if you need a hotel that isn’t expensive like most London hotels, with two tube stations on different lines (Piccadilly and Central) in close proximity. As we stayed there for three weeks, I can confidently say this hotel is brilliant. Staff were great, especially everyone on reception who we got to know well during our stay. I’d like to show recognition to Nina, Katie, Rahim and Niamh, always willing to help when needed. Wi-Fi works superbly well in this hotel, and very easy to connect. If you are bringing a dog, this is an extra charge. One minor suggestion would be to allow a plug in to the bedroom TVs - they have a purpose built frame around it so you can’t plug in your HDMI cable to laptops for added viewing options. The casting app options are limited, and the generic TV interface does look a bit dated and was quite slow. That certainly does not overshadow a very pleasant experience of this hotel. Next time I’m in the area, especially for local hospital use or travelling from Heathrow, I will only considering staying here. "

"Staff were lovely throughout the stay. They helped us with room location as I anxiously called in advance. It was our first hotel miles away from home. The staff in the bar area helped with warming milk for my young child. The breakfast staff were all amazing, helpful and very kind to us. The room was “standard” but HUGE for us. We had everything we needed and more!! Would highly recommend staying with this hotel and brand again. Above and beyond expectations!! "

"Great area with train right down the street! Safe area with many stores, fast food, barber shops and a gas station! Rooms can be a bit updated... Otherwise great :-)"
