Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow
10/10 Excellent
"A very large busy hotel. It was immaculate inside (a few full ashtrays and a tiny bit of rubbish outside). The public areas had a plush feeling, with lovely art and lights, beautiful design and thick carpets. The rooms were not so plush, but very comfortable with air conditioning, black out curtains, a really comfortable bed and all the essentials. The hand wash and lotion provided had a wonderful scent (the whole hotel was very fragrant). The staff were lovely and so polite. The check in took quite a long time which meant there were queues. Parking is at a reduced cost to hotel guests, which you pay for at reception. However, when I went to exit the car park, the machine wanted me to pay £40 (the normal overnight, non resident rate). This was quickly sorted when I pressed the button for reception, but it could perhaps be automated? I would stay here again for convenience for Heathrow Airport."

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."

"We booked this because of the free parking and that turned out great! The property isn't updated but we only slept there anyway. If youre looking for somewhere really nice this is not a good fit The staff were super nice and helpful. The weird thing was that they have you leave the room key at the front desk when you go out which was not good. On the plus side its right across from Hyde Park and Kensington gardens."

"We were only there for 8 hours before leaving for Heathrow but the room was clean, ac was working, bed was really comfortable and staff offered breakfast boxes as we were leaving before the breakfast service (didn’t have them but nice that they offered). Location was very easy across the street to the tube station and a couple of stops to the terminal."

"An affordable hotel with some excellent features. The breakfast is top-notched with a large area filled with tables and chairs. Choices are plentiful. I loved the fresh fruits. Automatic front-doors are really appreciative for weary passengers with heavy luggage. Security: Guests need to scan to open inner doors. Front desk: 24/7 staffed. Room service: only on the 4th day Location: Within 7-10 min walk to the St. Pancras & King's Cross, two major train/metro hubs for easy traveling. This is also a bustling area with plenty of groceries and fast-food restaurants, e.g., McDonald's, Five Guys. The former is overcrowded during afterschool time. Room: Very clean. No windows in the basement. I wish I'd chosen one with windows. Safe area: yes. Hotel is far removed from the rowdy areas of the train stations to provide quietude and safety, even though I'd wish it's located nearer to the train stations. This is an affordable, safe, and conveniet hotel. Recommended."
Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

"The hotel in connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow BUT it is a long covered walk (after a train ride and elevator ride from other terminals). The staff was great! I had an early flight and they told me the train doesn't start that early so they WALKED me to the bus stop and let me know it was safe to wait there. The hotel is about an hour from the tourist attractions and the trains run frequently but try and avoid rush hour. The room was very good-clean and large enough for at least 2. I would stay there again."

"The Air control and air conditioning were fantastic. Very quiet. Beef was comfortable of you like harder beds. 2 people in 1 room was quite tight."
