Is Hong Kong the greatest city in the world? Possibly. Is Hotel ICON the best hotel in Hong Kong? Again, quite possibly. We enjoyed a tremendous ten night stay here in May and June 2026, and both the hotel and its staff were absolutely faultless. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Harmony in the lounge for her advice and insights into Hong Kong. Ideally located in Kowloon, close to the Avenue of Stars and just a five minute walk from the Hung Hom MTR station, everywhere we wanted to visit was within easy reach. Upgrading to a room with lounge access was well worth it, not only for the spectacular views across Victoria Harbour, but also for the excellent breakfasts, afternoon teas and evening cocktails. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. Overall, a very pleasant experienceā€”I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and cleanliness.
