There are two adjoining pools, a sauna and steam room which create a tranquil atmosphere that feels wonderfully indulgent after a day of exploring the city. Our room was very spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed - a perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional charm. The furnishings and finishes were luxurious and warm - my only complaint would be not enough lighting. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed from maps and umbrellas to taxis and tours. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel truly welcome. Stary Hotel is the ideal choice for anyone wanting to experience Kraków in style and comfort. It’s a flawless combination of history, luxury, and exceptional service - would highly recommend. "
