"We actually ended up staying at the W, which is attached to the Mandalay. Overall feel is nice. It’s moody, dark through the hallways, but not in a creepy way. Easy access to elevators from lobby, nice little convenience store by the lobby, as well. It seems to be open most of the night, which is great, because room service only goes until 10pm on weekdays. That was rough for us, as we wouldn’t return from my daughter’s volleyball convention until past 10. Hotel needs a little updating; especially in the bathrooms. Shower tile was kinda meh, and the tub only had hot water. It made it impossible to use, as we couldn’t cool it. Beds were fine. I hate when hotels do this, but I guess it’s normal in Vegas..they stock the mini fridge and if you want to use it, you can’t. You have to pay an extra $30 a night for an empty one. I guess they’re hoping you’ll get drunk enough and start yanking out the censored items lol. The staff was great! Super friendly, helpful, and quick to valet and pick up bags. Menu was okay. Food they brought was delicious, there just wasn’t much of a menu. Overall, I’d recommend if you’re looking for something casual. "

"Room in the manor are definitely in need of upgrades but the beds were great and it was a good price for the little time spent in the room. We didn't stay around the hotel too long but with all the amenities, you could spend a whole day there. Pretty impressed with the hotel, liked the location. The only downside was the room but we would definitely stay there again, just in the towers."

"So much really. The property is stunning and cleaning staff does a great job at keeping it up. As far as our room it was in the Versailles tower the room was lovely and very comfortable, the view of the Sphere was amazing but the noise from the alley kept us awake most nights till well after 2AM. No refrigerators in the room and no coffee pots which meant morning coffee was ridiculous. You walk what feels like miles only to stand in line for 30-60 minutes to get coffee. Then hit with a ridiculous cost for a cup of coffee. The casino was well kept up and I had a lot of fun but in 6 evenings of gambling I received 1 drink while gambling. Literally no cocktail waitress on the floor even during peak times. The restaurants were crazy expensive good but very overpriced. We did eat at Gordon Ramsay’s steak house which I highly recommend. It was expensive but best steak I’ve ever had it’s truly worth the splurge. The pool was really good but again crazy high drink prices. 28$ for a 12oz pina colada. No outside beverages allowed. Felt like I was nickel and dimed the whole week. There are affordable food options near by and the hotel is right in the middle of everything so really easy to get on the monorail and also use the bus while getting around town "
